Shipping Policy

All items are made in my Yorkshire based home studio.

Jewellery orders and ready to ship clothing will be sent out within 3 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail - tracked options available for overseas.

Please allow up to 21 working days for made to order clothing to be sent out. All orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked. Please allow extra time for delivery for international purchases, there may be delays during peak times.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of VAT/Duties or any other fee that might be incurred from our brand with a delivery anywhere outside the UK.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me via email or direct message me on Instagram before you order and I will do all I can to assist in speeding up your order.

Returns Policy

Due to recent changes in duty, delivery and handling charges, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made outside of Europe.

Jewellery

All pieces are handmade to order so cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged please get in touch within 14 days of arrival.

Clothing

Ready to ship items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days or receiving. I cannot offer returns or exchanges on any item that has been made to order.

Once the item you wish to return has been received and we are satisfied with the condition and that is has not been worn, your refund will be processed. Your refund should be within your account within 7 working days.

If an item is returned and appears to have been worn, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note, customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
